Finding a place for Foxtons
London estate agents Foxtons came to us with a ready-to-go campaign. But they needed some help working out where to go with it. With a goal of growing their share of the London property market and challenging pre-conceptions of the brand, the right choice of media would be crucial.
We launched the ‘Get Foxtons On It’ campaign with out-of-home targeted to prioritised branch locations in order to raise awareness amongst homeowners in London. This activity was underpinned by strategic digital media, print and door drops, encouraging those in the market to book a free valuation.
