Junior Creative Team
We are looking for a fresh Creative Team with a digital bias who are ready to take their ideas and themselves to the next level. You may be in a team already, but if not, we are equally happy to put one together if we find two brilliant candidates who we think will bring out the best in each other.
We want people who think ideas first, then channel second. The media landscape we work in is constantly changing and we need to shape ideas in all kinds of ways. But most importantly, we need those ideas.
A mandatory requirement will be a portfolio of work demonstrating big brand advertising ideas that work everywhere. We’d expect candidates to have a creative advertising degree or similar and 1-2 years agency experience would be preferred as this crazy world we live in right now means we need creatives who can hit the ground running. And run fast.
It would also be great if you have an understanding and interest in sports betting and gaming, as this is a growing sector for us.
Some of the key responsibilities in this role include:
- Creating innovative, engaging advertising ideas that work everywhere
- Clearly and concisely articulating your ideas
- Working closely with other departments to help ideas go further
We are a relatively small creative team. We work hard. We work fast. We work with and for each other. So passion, hunger, thick skin and team spirit are all essential.
