It’s all the same to us

Internal communications, external communications, what’s the difference? Not a lot to be honest. It’s all communication, and using our tried and tested process, we ensure we deliver them both equally effectively. Just because you’re targeting people within an organisation, doesn’t mean they’re different people. When they walk through the office door at 9 o’clock in the morning, they don’t suddenly have character and personality transplants. They are the same person they were at home, or over the weekend, and therefore they’ll respond to the same kind of visual and audio marketing that they do whilst sitting in their lounge, or at the pub, or shopping online.

Successful brands start from within

Every internal communications project has goals and objectives; they have an audience and a desired action or outcome. It's that simple. So identify what you wish to achieve and who you need to speak to, and tailor your campaign to suit. Of course, it's not quite as simple as that, but it really doesn't have to be that complicated either. We believe that internal communications are just as important, if not more than external communications. The success or failure of a brand can often be dictated by the strength of its own people and they are, after all, the first advocates of your brand.
