The Museum of Annoying Experiences

It’s the year 3000 and digital agency Phantom have perfectly encapsulated some of our favourite grievances with customer service from 2021, in an interactive exhibition.

With UX problems such as the classic double negative “check this box if you do not not wish to sign up to our newsletter” and the question of “why is hold music still so bad?” this microsite lets users explore these annoyances in a campaign for ZenDesk, promoting them as champions of customer service.

We love this site, and think it’s great because of the use of 3D animation and navigation as well as the concept behind it displayed in a humorous, tongue-in-cheek, immersive experience.
