Asda is one of the leading national supermarket retailers, focused on helping customers save money and live better.
Asda enlisted our help to transform the performance and usability of their existing websites, specifically to integrate their desktop and mobile sites into one code base. The benefits to Asda were the ongoing ability to introduce new functionality simultaneously across all devices. We needed to work seamlessly with the internal development team to construct, integrate and rigorously test this new platform.
We assembled a team of specialist developers to work closely with Asda and the Walmart development teams. The project ran very smoothly, with our team continuously testing and refining the website, and completing the work within an extremely tight 3 month launch plan.
Our co-operation with Asda was a success on many levels. Total combined page views are now 50% across mobile and tablet. Total orders on mobile have increased from 0.5% to 13% and total orders on tablet have increased from 18% to 23%
