Horseracing was an important offering for our client BetVictor, but they weren't receiving enough traffic to this part of the site. Something had to be done if they were to remain competitive.
We created an online umbrella campaign that targeted the big races of the year. Individual pieces of content were tailored towards each race and even to specific influencers. We then setup a sub-domain to host the content and direct users to the main site.
By the conclusion of the campaign, the client's organic traffic for horse racing showed impressive uplifts. Its success was such that we were tasked with producing a similar campaign for football betting and during the first three years we worked with BetVictor their active customers grew by over 550%.
