The brief was to define and bring to life the company proposition and values for this leading financial outsourcing company. Once completed, we had to launch this proposition to the senior leadership team at the company's annual conference.
We created a brand proposition around the idea of 'value' and the integral part this plays across the business' strategy, objectives and aims. We brought this vision to life with animation, printed collateral, sales toolkits, office graphics, infographics, brochures and presentations. We also wrote and produced the presentation for the CEO's main address.
The leadership event was a huge success and staff surveys subsequently showed that employee engagement and understanding of the company's business proposition, strategy and commercial goals increased by 38%. The campaign also helped to engage the office environment and helped ensure the proposition and values remained central to all activity in the business.
