Jet2holidays is the UK’s second-largest holiday operator. With all-inclusive resort and city breaks across Europe, the Mediterranean, the Canaries and beyond, the holiday operator offers package holidays you can trust.

The Brief

To create a brand campaign, led by a series of TV ads, to build on the soaring reputation of Jet2holidays and capture the hearts and minds of UK holidaymakers. The concept needed to be flexible and appeal to a broad and varied customer base, but above all else, it needed to capture the fun-loving ethos behind the brand.

The Concept

Following a continuation of the popular ‘Hold my hand’ concept, we paired the hit song by Jess Glynne with an immersive point-of-view shooting style for our TV ads. We captured vibrant characters and fun experiences to reflect the breadth and diversity of Jet2’s holiday offering for both younger and older couples, as well as families. From a creative perspective, interesting scene transitions and camera techniques such as ‘invisible cuts’ kept things fresh.

The Results

Three ads aimed at different segments of Jet2holiday’s target audience aired on primetime TV, across ITV, Channel 4 and Sky. To support the TV campaign and maximise reach, we rolled out national radio creative, digital display and rich media, traditional and digital out-of-home, as well as assets for brochures, emails and CRM. The campaign creative was extremely well received by Jet2holidays new and existing customers, and the wider industry.
