HiFX asked us to implement tracking for attribution modelling of global media campaigns. This will enable HiFX to analyse the performance of digital media activity. They requested media channels to be reported as well natural search and content hubs such as the blog, to provide greater segmentation and therefore a clearer view of performance.
We created a measurement plan to outline the specification for tracking set-up. This allowed us to segment the website and report on behavioural insights from content hubs and conversion points. This information was implemented through country level Google Tag Manager containers and reported through the DoubleClick attribution model.
Our digital media team are now equipped with information to optimise HiFX's campaigns more effectively, allowing them to make accurate decisions on the fly. This also gave us a view to understand lifetime value of customers and enable efficient targeting in remarketing campaigns. This enables a targeted campaign for HiFX with solid results.
