Asda Money offer a broad range of financial services products, from credit cards and travel insurance to personal loans and breakdown cover.
Asda Money work with several partners to bring their customers the most competitive products on the market. This means Asda face the challenge of accurately reporting data across all partner sites. Our task is to help Asda understand customer behaviour and connect this activity to media channels. We present this information in a live reporting system, providing clear views of performance across all platforms and services.
To give Asda Money a better understanding of their performance, we built a dashboard to analyse the performance of each product. We audited all performance tracking systems and created new tags to track additional events. This ensured there were no gaps in all product conversion funnels. To achieve our objective, we had to work in unison with all of Asda's partners, implementing tracking across all Money products and cross domain / subdomain tracking to accurately attribute conversions.
We produced a dashboard capable of reporting several user journeys across Asda Money products. This has helped give the client a much clearer view of the performance of individual products. In addition, this gave us the ability to provide analysis to develop site usability and implement additional tags with the capability to track singular clicks across the website, as well as the ability to analyse the effectiveness of messaging and CTAs.
