Harrison Spinks is a Yorkshire-based, heritage luxury bedmaker and world-leading spring technologist, consisting of three brands; Spink and Edgar, Harrison and Somnus. They pride themselves on the high percentage of home-grown natural materials used to make the premium quality beds they supply to thousands of retailers across the country.
Harrison Spinks boasts 3 bed brands. All of them are the last word in luxury beds. But how do they work together? How are they different? And how could we turn each one into a clearly defined, engaging brand in its own right, allowing us to communicate consistently with all audiences?
Starting with Harrison, we unravelled the story of the brand, held workshops, studied the audience and found some unique insights. Harrison use traditional bed-making techniques, innovative springs and natural materials grown on their own farm. They are bespoke bed-makers on a grand scale. To pay homage to this we created a unique brand promise that summed them up in three words: The Sleep Tailors.
We brought the Harrison story to life in a brand book and developed guidelines to define their essence. Brochures, POS, print advertising and digital communication followed, all seamlessly promoting the Sleep Tailor proposition. Customers and internal staff have given nothing but glowing feedback, with new ranges rolling out across the UK now.
