Creating adventurous new campaigns for Land Rover branded goods.
The Land Rover Collection found itself in uncharted territory. Although the wider car brand was known the world over, the branded goods proposition had to find their voice in an already busy market. What they needed wasn’t just collateral, but a big idea that would tie their product offering together. Something that was rooted in the brand, but which could forge a new path for the collection.
Leveraging the historic Series 1 story and the brand’s adventurous credentials, we produced a range of work, from targeted print ads to full catalogues and films featuring key products. From the copy to the art direction, everything we created reflected the spirit of Land Rover. We wanted people to feel they weren’t just buying a cap or a T-shirt but buying into the brand as a whole.
The assets created for the Land Rover Collection achieved real stand out for the brand. This resulted in more traffic to the website and an upswing in online sales. After the first year’s success a new campaign was launched for the new collection involving new look catalogues and a series of short films designed to target customers on the social media channels.
